Where is your product made?
All of our pieces are handmade in small batches within our Mumbai studio. Proudly, up to 80% of our product and materials are sourced locally in India.
How do I care for my product?
Our pieces are principally designed for home décor. Our pieces are highly durable, however should be treated and handled with gentle care as you would with any glass or ceramics items.
Is your process friendly to the environment?
We are a plastic-free zone when it comes to the creation of our pieces, utilising reusable silicone mixing tools and items that are washed and reused. Any wastage is repurposed and recycled correctly. We strongly encourage that any stickers we've used on our shipper boxes upon delivering your pieces are removed before recycling. Do you take custom orders?
We currently do not take custom orders, although something we may consider for the future. However, please reach out to us via our Contact us Page for any queries related to Bulk Orders
When will my order ship?
We will anticipate to prepare and ship your order within approximately 5-6 business days from order date. Excludes public holidays. Any orders placed after 11am IST will be processed from the following day. Use the below shipping time frames as a guideline
Please note that all orders do not have a guarantee delivery time after the item has been shipped by us. We aren't responsible for any further delays in shipping caused by Indian Courier services after the item has left our studio. All orders will have tracking information provided with every purchase; however any buyer withholds all buyer responsibilities after the order has left our studio. Simply track your order here.
Where can I find my order tracking number?

I can't see any tracking updates to my order. What do I do?
Please contact us at info@everlywhite.com and we'll be happy to help you investigate. As per our terms and conditions, in a case of any order that has proof of shipping via the tracking number, but the buyer is unable to locate their order we are not responsible and will not offer a credit or refund.
